- How can I pay safely in the KWO webshop?
At KWO you always pay in a secure environment, so you do not have to worry about your data or payment. In our webshop you can pay in the following ways:
- Bank transfer
- American Express
- Bancontact / Mr. Cash
- Sofort Banking
- Pay afterwards with Billink (up to 14 days after purchase)
1.2 How does paying afterwards work with Billink ?
In the checkout screen you can choose the option to pay afterwards via Billink. Billink pays your order so that you can already enjoy the products from our webshop. You can then pay your order to Billink within 14 days. If you have chosen Billink, you will receive the payment invoice from them and you will also have to transfer it to them.
2.1 How soon can I expect my order at home?
The KWO webshop contains products from various suppliers and webshops. The delivery times may therefore differ per product. The delivery time is shown on the product page. We handle a maximum delivery time of 24 hours for KWO products. If you order before 17:00, the products will be shipped the same day.
If you have not yet received your order or you want an update on the status of the shipment, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] We will answer you within 24 hours.
2.2 When will I receive my track & trace code? You will receive the mail with your track & trace code as soon as the package has been scanned at PostNL. This always happens in the evenings.
- Can I also return the products ? You can register your product up to 14 days after purchase at [email protected], after registration you have 14 days to return the package. You can send the product in sturdy packaging to:

If you want to return something, you will find a link in your track & trace mail to get a return label.
This option is available for: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom .
Any costs for returning the product are for your own account as well as the risk during transport. KWO only accepts returns if:
1.) The product has not been used / worn.
2.) The product is still in the original packaging as much as possible.
3.) The product is returned complete, in good condition and working.
We will then refund the purchase amount to the account from which the payment was received within 14 days.
4. Can I log into the webshop with my community account?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The community and the webshop run on two different platforms. For the webshop you need to create a new account, you can of course create this with the same data as your community account. We recommend for the ease of use to use the social login. This is linked to your Facebook account and can be used for multiple webshops in the Netherlands.
5.1 Where can I find the discount code on the community? The discount code for the 20% discount in the KWO Webshop can be found here . The codes only become visible when you are logged in with your account on the community.
5.2 Where can I enter the discount code?
You can enter the discount code in your shopping cart in the KWO Webshop. You must enter the code before you go to the next steps of the checkout.
5.3 Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
6.1 Can I also order different sizes with deals?
Yes that is possible. You can indicate this in the description of your order in comments. It can also be forwarded by e-mail to [email protected] We will then adjust the sizes and send them in the correct sizes. It may happen that you want pants M but a hoodie L. We will solve this for you in this way.
