Shipping & Returns
KWO sends orders daily on working days. If the product is in stock, orders will be shipped the same day before 17:00. Orders that are send to you via Package Mail you will receive by e-mail (to the address you registered) a shipping confirmation with the track & trace code that allows you to check with the courier website where your package is located. No orders are processed on weekends and public holidays.
Also use the PostNL MyPackage App. This App can be downloaded for all common smartphones. With this App you can easily track your orders, you can change the address and you will receive messages when you are not at home or when the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the nearest post office.
If the size of the product is not correct and you want to exchange the product for another size, you can send us an email at [email protected] with the details of your order and the size you want. You will then hear from us whether the size you want is still in stock. Always fill in the enclosed return form. As soon as we have received the product back, we will send the new size once free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary by country, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. We advise you to use the return link that you will receive in the track & trace mail. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us at [email protected] We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Model withdrawal form
We are obliged by the government to offer this legal form for the (partial) return of an order. We advise you not to use this model form! Use the return form that you received with your order, this is easier to fill in and easier for us to process so we can give you your money back faster. When you use this legally prescribed model form, we need more administrative actions and that slows down the return process.
You can register your product up to 30 days after purchase at [email protected], after registration you have 14 days to return the package. You can send the product in sturdy packaging to:

Any costs for returning the product are for your own account as well as the risk during transport.
KWO only accepts returns if:
1.) The product has not been used/worn.
2.) The product is still in the original packaging as much as possible.
3.) The product is returned complete, in good condition and working.
KWO does not accept returns from:
1.) Personalized KWO Member Specials both Hoodie(s) and T-Shirt(s).
2.) KWO Member Specials boilies and pop-ups. If the product has been opened.
3.) Cinema ticket of Pilaar & Hofman on Wintersport.
We will then refund the purchase amount to the account from which the payment was received within 7 days.
