Is the product not quite what you are looking for? Or is the product too small? Or is it broken?
Then we will help you! Below you can read all the steps you need to follow for a return ;-).

 

The rules: 

  • 30-day reflection period after receipt of your product.
  • 6 months warranty on our products.
  • In case of return: the money back on your account within 7 working days.
  • When exchanging: your new product within 3 working days.
    • When exchanging the return costs are for your own account.
    • We will send it back to you for free.
  • In case of a defect: your product at home within 14 working days.
    • No return costs in case of a defect.
    • We will send it back to you for free.
  • When do we accept a return?
    • The product has not been used / worn.
    • The product is still in the original packaging as much as possible.
    • The product will be complete, in good condition and working return.
  • When do we not accept your return?
  • If it concerns the KWO Spring or Autumn box or a product thereof.
  • KWO Member Specials boilies and pop-ups. If the product has been opened. 
  • When it comes to the KWO x TW Steel Watch

 

What should you do if you want to exchange? 

It may happen that your product is too small or too big or is not at all satisfactory. Follow the next steps and everything will be taken care of.  

- Step 1: Fill in the return flyer that is included with the order or mail to [email protected] to register your return online.  

- Step 2: Indicate what you want: exchange for a larger size or smaller size or if you want a refund.

- Step 3: Make sure that the products are packed again in the original packaging.

- Step 4: Apply our address on the box or download a return label via the T&T mail.

- Step 5: Drop off your package at a Postal point, here you will have to pay the shipping costs.

If the desired product is in stock, you will have it back within 3 working days (after receipt). If you have opted for your money back, you will receive it back on your account within 7 working days (excluding Billink).

 

What should you do if the product is broken? 

That's annoying! You have a 6 month warranty on your products, if your product has not died through use, we cover the repair costs. But what do you have to do for that? Follow the following steps.

- Step 1: Contact [email protected], make sure you take a photo of the defect and state your order number in the e-mail.  

- Step 2.1: It may be that we would like to face the product, if so you will receive a return receipt from us . If you print this out, you can deliver the package for free at a PostNL point.

- Step 2.2: In most cases, we indicate that you can take the product to a tailor nearby. All you have to do is advance the costs and take a photo of your receipt and email it to [email protected] You will have the money back in your account within 7 working days (usually faster).  

Model withdrawal form:
We are obliged by the government to offer this legal form for the (partial) return of an order. We advise you not to use this model form! Use the return form that you received with your order, this is easier to fill in and easier for us to process so we can give you your money back faster. When you use this legally prescribed model form, we need more administrative actions and that slows down the return process.
