Shipping and Logistics
MyParcel and PostNL:
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of MyParcel and PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with MyParcel and PostNL. MyParcel and PostNL only use this information for the execution of the agreement. The Jordi Transport company, located at 46 Ambachtsweg in Utrecht, is our logistics partner for packing and processing orders. They retrieve the data directly from a protected environment of Lightspeed where they cannot access customer data. During order processing, they print the invoices and packing slips. The invoice is included in the package and the packing slip is kept for 1 month for the administration of Jordi Transport.
Billing and accounting
The KWO accounts are provided by Admiprofs (http://www.admiprofs.nl/). The tax return on incoming and outgoing invoices is handled by this office. Only personal data related to billing will be passed on to Admiprofs.
