We care about our products and will do our utmost best to deliver them to you in splendid condition. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the products get damaged during transport or that something else happens through which you can claim your warranty. According to the Dutch law you are obliged to report flaws within two months after you notice them in your product. In case your flaw is covered in the warranty, we will make sure to repair or replace the product without any costs.


It’s always possible that something doesn’t go as planned. We advise you to report your complaints by emailing to [email protected]. In case this doesn’t lead to a suitable solution, you can report your dispute for mediation to the Dutch ‘Stichting WebwinkelKeur’ via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. Since the 15th of February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in Europe to report complaints via the ODR platform from the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled somewhere else, then you are free to report it via the platform from the European Union.
