1.1 How can I pay safely in the Karperwereld Online webshop?
At Karperwereld Online you always pay in a secure environment, so you do not have to worry about your data or payment. We use the same secure connections that are used by online banking. These are so-called https connections. In our webshop you can pay in the following ways:

1.2 How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?
The Karperwereld Online webshop contains products from various suppliers and webshops. The delivery times may therefore differ per product. The delivery time is shown on the product page. We deliver a maximum delivery time of 48 hours for products from Karperwereld Online. If you order before 14:00, the products will be shipped the same day.
If you have not yet received your order or you want an update on the status of the shipment, you can send an email to [email protected] With most products in our shop you will receive a Track & Trace code from us that you can use to track your product online. We strive to answer questions about deliveries within 24 hours.
1.3 Can I also return the products?
You can register your product up to 14 days after purchase at [email protected], after registration you have 14 days to return the package. You can send the product in sturdy packaging to:

If you want to return something, you will find a link in your track&trace mail to get a return label.This option is available for: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.Any costs for returning the product are for your own account as well as the risk during transport. KWO only accepts returns if:
1.) The product has not been used / worn.
2.) The product is still in the original packaging as much as possible.
3.) The product is returned complete, in good condition and working.We will then refund the purchase amount to the account from which the payment was received within 14 days.
